But yesterday, my cousin confirmed this by relating to us how their 3 month old dog Conan was missing and my nieces and nephew were wading in the water to find him while the water was rising. Jericho Rosales, on top of a surf board in full surf gear, was the one who helped the kids get to a safe, dry place.
